At Tohfa, the Minimum B2B Order value should be equal to or more that INR. 2000/-

Delivery Timelines

Domestic (With-in India) : Min. 5 Days to Max 7 working Days.

International (Outside India) : Min. 8 Days to Max 12 working Days.

The Above delivery timelines shall be considered after and based on Approval of Order for the selected products based on its availability by the respective product Sellers with in T+1 working days. 

Domestic Shipping Mode (With-in India)

At Tohfa, we ship nationally through the reputed shipping partners.

After the package is shipped, tracking notifications will be provided through email and SMS or alternately you can track your shipments from “Track Order” link on our website.

International Shipping Mode (Outside India)

Tohfa ship internationally to all major Countries. International shipping to all major countries are charged on actuals depending on the volume of the shipment.

Our International shipment partners includes FedEx, DHL, UPS and Aramex which provide you complete tracking details within 24-48 hours of dispatch of the Shipment. We evaluate and select the courier so that you get the best shipping rates for your country.

Apart from all the Major Countries, Tohfa does not ships to any “enemy” countries or “on-conflict” countries with India as per the time to time guidelines and updates from Indian Government under its International Trade policies.

Short Received Items

At Tohfa, the first thing we strongly recommend our Buyer is to do a recount of the ordered items as mentioned in the Invoice in your My Account section. If you find any product which you have not received, then we request to notify us the SKU of the product along with its detailed description and email such incident to us on care@tohfajewellery.in within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

For any missing / shortage in the products there shall be 2 possibilities:

  1. Products are at our Distribution centre as it was missed in packaging from our end. (This is very rare as once the product is in your invoice, we make sure it is present in your delivery package after going through so many check points), our team will investigate this thoroughly and get back to you. If we find any products which are missed and lying at our end, we will try re-deliver the same to you at the earliest or refund the said product amount or if advised by you can adjust the credit amount with us in your next order.
  2. Products went missing after the package is dispatched from our Warehouse or Distribution centre i.e. missing during transit, in this case we will try our best to discover missing products by coordinating with our courier partners. However, Tohfa will not be liable to bear any financial loss caused due to products missing during transit, since this is beyond our control.

    Shipment / Package Lost In-Transit

    We use reputed Courier / Cargo partners like FedEx, DTDC, DHL,UPS, etc. but still if there is any loss of package during transit, that is after we have shipped from Tohfa Warehouse or Distribution Centre, we would try our best to get your package traced. However, in case of unfortunate lost in Transit which is very rare, the loss can be recovered by claiming insurance, if you have opted for.

    Package Insurance

    At Tohfa, the Package/ Shipment is not insured by default. Usually 99% of times the packages are delivered securely through our reputed Shipping partners without any hassles. However additionally if the Buyer requires, we can facilitate for shipment insurance facility on the behalf of buyer at the additional cost payable and borne by Buyer at actuals.

    At Tohfa we deal in to various fashion categories of product offered by various brands, vendor and manufacturers at our Website and Mobile App and always try our best to deliver your shipment / package on time and safe. However, in case of any unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of Tohfa, we shall not be made liable underany claim arising from the disputed transaction.
